SHIPPING INFORMATION

All prints are available for for international shipping.

All pending orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipments will be sent on Mondays and Thursdays. Large prints (11" x 17") are carefully rolled, wrapped and placed in a sturdy shipping tube. Small prints (4" x 6") will be wrapped carefully and placed in a rigid fiberboard photo mailer. It should be worth noting that there may be slight variations in the image when comparing to the digital images presented on our shop. Damaged prints are extremely rare, we have solutions in place through our returns policy written below. Please be mindful and open your package carefully as damages can occur with rough handling.


RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be granted unless damage has occurred during the shipping process. If your print is damaged upon arrival and you wish for a refund or exchange, please report the damaged print within 72 hours of receipt. All customer service inquiries should be directed through email. Damaged prints not reported within 72 hours will not be refunded. The print must be sent back to us within 10 days, and we must receive the returned item before a replacement can be sent to you. We are not responsible for lost prints that are being returned by the customer. If you wish to exchange the print and it is no longer available (sold out), you will receive a full refund. Refunds will take up to 10 days to be credited to your account.
